Filter screen should be fixed to the exhausting wire of the pump in order to
prevent jam of body of the pump and the impeller, which can have an effect on
normal operation.
5.1.2 Be
notice that whether there is any abnormal shaking or noice during operation.

Open the bottom plug and drain all the water in the pump if the pump is stopped
for use for a long time.
5.1.4
Add some butter to the shaft of the pump every 3 months. To check that whether
the ball bearings are desquamated every 10,000 hours. Change them if necessary.
5.2To
examine the abrasion and corruption of the seal ring of the impeller. Change it
if necessary.
5.3 To
examine the machinery seal every year. Change it if necessary.
