1．進水管或油封處漏氣Air

leakage exists in inlet

pipe or in sealing parts．

2．泵體內(nèi)儲水不夠Water

stored in the pump boay is

insufficient．

3．水泵反轉(zhuǎn)Revolution

direction reversed．

4．進水管太長Length of

inlet pipe is too long．

5．吸程過高Suction lift is

too high．

6．出口閥關(guān)閉無法排氣

Outlet valve is turned off

unable to discharge air．

1．檢修進水管，適當(dāng)壓緊填料或更

換  Repair the inlet pipe，press

sufficiently the sealing filler or

replace it．

2．增加儲水，檢查泵內(nèi)逆止閥是否

密封或堵塞Increase the storage of

water．Examine whether the check

valve in the pump is sealed or

blocked．

3．檢修糾正Check and correct it．

4．縮短進水管shortenthe inletpipe．

5．降低吸程Lowerthe suctionlift．

6．打開出口閥或泵體上的螺塞Turn

on the outlet valve，or the．screw plug

on the pump body．．

ring．

3．降低揚程Lower the lift．

4．檢修進水管Repair the inlet pipe．

5．降低泵安裝高度，減少進口阻力

Lower the installation site of the

pump to decrease the inlet resistance．
